Delivery

When placing an order in our online store, the delivery method available in the territory of Latvia and Estonia by Omniva parcel machines:

The product is delivered according to the delivery method chosen during the order placement:

• Omniva parcel machines: within 3-6 working days;
• Omniva courier: within 3-6 working days (courier working hours are from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday);

Delivery costs via Omniva parcel machines in Latvia 3.99 EUR (including 21% VAT), in Estonia and Lithuania 5.99 (including 21% VAT), Omniva courier service 7.99 EUR (including 21% VAT). For orders over 50 EUR we apply free delivery. 

When receiving the product through the post terminal Omniva parcel machines, the code received in the text message must be entered on the sensor screen of the terminal, after doing so, the door of the locker will open and the package can be removed. Shipments are stored in the package for 7 days from the moment of receiving the text message on your phone. If the package is not given out to the recipient within 7 days, it is returned to the seller. You can receive the returned item by paying the postage again.

When receiving the product via the Omniva courier service, you will receive a text message on the day of delivery to the phone number specified in the order. If the parcel is not delivered to the recipient within 3 days, it is returned to the seller. You can receive the returned item by paying the postage again.

* The customer must pay for the order no later than within 2 working days from the moment the order is placed. The payment is considered to be done when the relevant funds have entered the Supplier's current account. If payment is not made within the specified time period, the order is cancelled.
